ECFE is a program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten. It offers parents hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments.
Galaxy Kids Program, conveniently located at Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School, offers a year-round, high-quality childcare program for preschool and school-age students in our community.
The Launching Pad Preschool provides an outstanding and unique preschool experience for your 3 to 5 year old child. Rich in opportunities to discover, imagine, and create, children don't just learn, they love to learn! We are 4-Star Parent Aware rated.
Youth Programs
30 hour classroom class for Drivers Ed. Ages 14-18
Parents and children spend the entire time together, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
In these classes, parents and children separate from each other half-way through the class.
This is all about support, resources, knowledge, and guidance for parents.
Spend a day in Stillwater –Take in the fall colors, shop, browse the fall art festival and cruise down the St. Croix if you wish!

32nd Annual Fall Colors, Fine Art and Jazz Festival & Lunch on your own
Enjoy the last outdoor art fair at the peak of the fall season along the banks of the beautiful St. Croix River. Artisan's works feature photography, jewelry, pottery, painting, metal and much more! Regional musicians will provide entertainment on both ends of the Lowell Park. More than 70 fine art exhibits are registered. Delicious food items are available in the park or walk up town to the various shops and eating establishments.

St. Croix Cruise and Lunch, Fall Colors, Festival & Shopping
Cruise down the St. Croix with a lunch buffet, if you choose, to see the scenic St. Croix during lunch. Luncheon menu: Deli Meats & Cheeses, breads, assorted salads, fresh fruit, a warm entrée that varies daily, cookies and coffee. Cash bar on board.
