    This blended learning (online and in-person skills) course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs first aid & CPR AED training and a 2 year course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. The course is intended for those involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Please note: A personal email address is required to receive class content. Register at least 10 days prior to the in-person skills date to allow time to complete the online training PRIOR to testing in-person. You will need to provide the instructor with proof of online completion in order to take part in the skills testing. The Warren Commission, which conducted a ten-month investigation and released its conclusions in September 1964, will be compared with the conclusions reached by the House of Representatives, which conducted a more extensive thirty-one-month investigation and published its report in March 1979. In light of the recent release of JFK-related classified documents and material, this new information will be added to the course content. Updated analysis will be presented and discussed, ensuring participants have access to the most current findings and interpretations related to this pivotal historical event. Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the controversies surrounding President Kennedy’s assassination. The 2-hour sessions are structured to provide ample time for participants to share their comments and pose questions, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. This approach encourages a well-rounded exploration of the subject matter, allowing participants to delve into various perspectives and gain a deeper insight into the complexities surrounding this historical event. About the Speaker - David Yorks David, a retired small business owner from Minnesota, holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in American History. With a passionate interest spanning over fifty-five years, he has dedicated much of his time to studying the Kennedy presidency. David's commitment extends beyond academic pursuits; he has actively participated in numerous national conferences focused on the assassination. Notably, he has had the opportunity to meet witnesses of the tragic event and engage with doctors who attended to the President on November 22, 1963.
