Rockford Area Schools Community Ed

(Ages 4-5 years, the school year prior to entering kindergarten). In this 45 minute class, the gymnasts in this class will practice beginning gymnastics fundamentals including mounting and dismounting, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and other basics on each gymnastics event. Development of strength, flexibility and coordination is an important focus in this class.
