ECFE is a program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten. It offers parents hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments.
Galaxy Kids Program, conveniently located at Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School, offers a year-round, high-quality childcare program for preschool and school-age students in our community.
The Launching Pad Preschool provides an outstanding and unique preschool experience for your 3 to 5 year old child. Rich in opportunities to discover, imagine, and create, children don't just learn, they love to learn! We are 4-Star Parent Aware rated.
Youth Programs
30 hour classroom class for Drivers Ed. Ages 14-18
These parent-child classes are especially for our 3 to 5 year old friends!
Parents and children spend the entire time together, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
In these classes, parents and children separate from each other half-way through the class.
This is all about support, resources, knowledge, and guidance for parents.
Back by popular demand!! Middle School Outdoor Club! Spend 7 Wednesdays at Baker park doing different activities! (transportation provided to Baker park and back to the Middle school) Please note that the price is for attending all 7 trips and cannot be sold separately.
October 1st - Archery
November 5th– Campfire Cooking Cookoff
Dec 3- Bushcraft
Feb 11th- Snowshoeing with Chickadee Landing
March 4th- Photo Orienteering or Digital Photo
April 8th- Rock Climbing
May 6th- Fishing (At Baker Beach/Fishing Pier)
***We want to leave some flexibility if the kids show interest in other programs – we can adapt and change, but this is the scheduled themes as it stands right now.
