ECFE is a program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten. It offers parents hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments.
Galaxy Kids Program, conveniently located at Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School, offers a year-round, high-quality childcare program for preschool and school-age students in our community.
The Launching Pad Preschool provides an outstanding and unique preschool experience for your 3 to 5 year old child. Rich in opportunities to discover, imagine, and create, children don't just learn, they love to learn! We are 4-Star Parent Aware rated.
Youth Programs
30 hour classroom class for Drivers Ed. Ages 14-18
These parent-child classes are especially for our 3 to 5 year old friends!
Parents and children spend the entire time together, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
In these classes, parents and children separate from each other half-way through the class.
This is all about support, resources, knowledge, and guidance for parents.
Parenting doesn’t get less complicated when children start school, it simply changes. As children grow more independent, take on new responsibilities, and navigate big feelings, parents often face new questions and challenges. Join Jess, facilitator and fellow parent, along with other caregivers for supportive conversations about the joys, concerns, and uncertainties of parenting during the school years.
