ECFE is a program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten. It offers parents hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments.
Galaxy Kids Program, conveniently located at Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School, offers a year-round, high-quality childcare program for preschool and school-age students in our community.
The Launching Pad Preschool provides an outstanding and unique preschool experience for your 3 to 5 year old child. Rich in opportunities to discover, imagine, and create, children don't just learn, they love to learn! We are 4-Star Parent Aware rated.
Youth Programs
30 hour classroom class for Drivers Ed. Ages 14-18
These parent-child classes are especially for our 3 to 5 year old friends!
Parents and children spend the entire time together, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
In these classes, parents and children separate from each other half-way through the class.
This is all about support, resources, knowledge, and guidance for parents.

Designed for fathers and other male caregivers, this fun and engaging class provides opportunities to learn, play, and connect with your child. Enjoy hands-on activities, parent-child play, and informal conversations about child development and parenting in a welcoming, supportive environment. This is a non-separating class, so you and your child will spend the entire class together exploring, learning, and making memories while connecting with other families.
