    Join us for the 17th Annual Holiday Expo being held at the Rockford Community Center on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 from 9am-5pm. There will be a basketball tournament again to help bring in customers. FYI*** We will be on the route this year for Crow River Christmas on Dec. 7th The Holiday Expo is an event allowing you to exhibit your goods and services, encouraging purchases for the holiday season. There are a number of events scheduled in and around the Rockford Community Center for the weekend, so there will be high traffic for the Expo. Tables will be placed in the wrestling room or meeting rooms (depending on vendors) at the Rockford Community Center. Please note that we will provide one 8 ft table and up to 3 chairs per registration. You must provide the tablecloth, skirting, etc for your the table. Due to space restrictions, if you need more space than one table, you will have to register twice for two tables. We encourage you to advertise the event to your client base. We will advertise the Holiday Expo on the school website, on the marquee sign in front of the High School, in weekly parent emails, on the Rockford Community Education Facebook page, and other social media and papers. Rockford Community Education is excited to again host the Expo. We would appreciate you passing this information on to other businesses that may be interested in being a vendor for the Expo as well.     Dealing with your own mental health challenges or those of a friend? MN ranks 4 th in most depressed in the nation and 25% of Minnesotans live with mental illness. Join a supportive conversation about living with mental illness. A welcoming laid back place to share what is working and not with encouragement and resources for all. We’ll cover a topic for 20 minutes then have open discussion for 40 minutes. All are welcome. Facilitated by Gale Reitan who has a passion for mental health and a master’s degree in counseling. Each of the 4 nights will have a different topic. Sign up for one or all 4! These classes are FREE, but we want to gauge interest by having you register.
