ECFE is a program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten. It offers parents hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments.
Galaxy Kids Program, conveniently located at Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School, offers a year-round, high-quality childcare program for preschool and school-age students in our community.
The Launching Pad Preschool provides an outstanding and unique preschool experience for your 3 to 5 year old child. Rich in opportunities to discover, imagine, and create, children don't just learn, they love to learn! We are 4-Star Parent Aware rated.
Youth Programs
30 hour classroom class for Drivers Ed. Ages 14-18
Parents and children spend the entire time together, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
In these classes, parents and children separate from each other half-way through the class.
This is all about support, resources, knowledge, and guidance for parents.
This 30 hour classroom drivers education class will prepare students for the instructional permit test and fulfills the 30 hours required by the state of MN. This class is the 30 hours of classroom only, not the additional hours of driving time (Behind the Wheel). Behind the wheel lessons will have to be completed through a different company and is a separate fee. Please note that in order to get a blue card, you must be signed up with a behind the wheel company. Your chosen company will supply the blue card. Rockford Community Education will only give a letter of certification at the end of this class.
