FREE! Come join others for conversation and snacks in a laid back and supportive environment! We’ll cover a topic for 30 minutes then have an open discussion for 40 minutes. All are welcome! Facilitated by Gale Reitan who has a passion for mental health and a master’s degree in Counseling. We will provide snacks, resources, and encouragement! Did you know?: MN ranks 4th in most depressed in the nation and 25% of Minnesotans live with mental illness. Whether for a friend or yourself, please join us in a safe and supportive environment and engage in conversation about living with mental illness, ideas to combat mental health ailments, and share what is working and not working for you. Jan. 14th: The Mountain Ahead: How to hike the mountain of mental health challenges. (Enjoy typically hiking snacks of trail mix, dried fruit, Gatorade, and beef jerky!) Feb. 10th: Why Creation Rests in Winter - Creating good sleep appetites. (Enjoy soothing snacks of decaf coffee and hot tea, dark chocolate, kiwi, bananas, and honey roasted almonds)          March 18th: Movement is Momentum: Cure what ails you (Enjoy energizing snacks of Fruit, Yogurt, granola, Edamame, Flavored water) April 8th: New Spring Green - Watching for rebirth in your life (Enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables, energy bars, drinks)
