ECFE is a program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten. It offers parents hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments.
Galaxy Kids Program, conveniently located at Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School, offers a year-round, high-quality childcare program for preschool and school-age students in our community.
The Launching Pad Preschool provides an outstanding and unique preschool experience for your 3 to 5 year old child. Rich in opportunities to discover, imagine, and create, children don't just learn, they love to learn! We are 4-Star Parent Aware rated.
Youth Programs
30 hour classroom class for Drivers Ed. Ages 14-18
Parents and children spend the entire time together, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
In these classes, parents and children separate from each other half-way through the class.
This is all about support, resources, knowledge, and guidance for parents.
The 2025 Rockford/Greenfield Wellness and Recreation themed Community Expo will be held at the Rockford Community Center on Saturday March 15th, from 9am-12pm. This Expo is sponsored by the R/G chamber of Commerce as well as Rockford Community Center. We would like your registration no later than Feb. 15th for the early bird pricing. Pricing goes up Feb. 16th to the 28th. Statistics have shown that over 1,500 people visit the Community Expo. It is a great opportunity to exhibit your business/organization and connect with community members and potential customers. There are also stage demonstrations, door/cash prizes, and a breakfast, which typically draw people into the Expo.
Vendors are asked to provide one door prize valued at minimum $20 or more. We hope you consider joining us for the 22nd Annual Rockford-Greenfield Community Expo. Vendor booths are $60 (early bird fee) or we are offering a $40 fee for non-profit groups. Rockford Community Education is excited to again host the Community Expo. We would appreciate you passing this information on to other businesses that may be interested in being a vendor for the Expo as well.
