    Bring your creations to life in this 3D printing class. The ancient craft of jewelry making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCAD and 3D printers. Students will learn to build 2D and 3D models on the computer using CAD software. They will design and print a pair of earrings, a ring, or a pendant in this class. Additionally, they will get to bring home two of their 3D creations, and other beaded creations. Printing and material fees are included.

  • ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education)

    ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) is offered through Minnesota public school districts. Together, parents and children, newborn to kindergarten age, participate in activities and experiences that foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language skills. All ECFE classes are taught by licensed teachers and parent educators to provide the quality education for which parents are looking. A typical ECFE Class includes: Together Time: Parent and child together enjoy a classroom filled with developmentally appropriate learning activities. Parents’ Time:Parents separate from their children and join together for a discussion group facilitated by a Parent Educator. Children’s Time: While parents are in discussion, children participate in activities facilitated by an Early Childhood Teacher. ECFE also offers non-separating classes in which parents remain with the children the entire class time.

July 8th: : Boom Bang and Independence Day can all be triggers if you are dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Come and learn more about this reality. August 12: Dog Days of Summer – does the heat and humidity have anything to do with mental health? We’ll be learning what barometric pressures, temperatures, and humidity have to do with our mental health. September 9: Beginnings Are Hard – come and share your helpful hints and learn from others about how to handle when your schedule changes. Change is not easy for anyone and a mental health challenge adds another level.
